ADRENALINE BEACH IS BACK FOR 2024

Adrenaline Volleyball Academy is thrilled to bring back our outdoor Sand Volleyball training for another year. Starting June 12th, athletes will be invited to train 2 days a week for high school and middle school aged athletes alike. Morning training will begin at 8a and carry on until a small break after 9:30a. Following the small break, athletes will be sorted into teams and placed in a series of doubles matches to apply the specific skills worked on in that day's training. AVA Sand Athletes will track their performance and record throughout the summer. Cost will remain the same from last year of $450 for the summer. COST

Training Fees and Gear Cost will remain the same for 2024. Camp cost is $450. Official Molten Volleyballs can be purchased for $35 dollars at sign up. Sand athletes are also recommend to consider purchasing sand socks for playing and training. Padded, stretchy material helps protect your feet from rocks and objects while keeping separation from your foot and the hot sunny, sand. Sand socks can be purchased in multiple sizes and may be purchased during registration or by contacting us directly for $15.

2024 Adrenaline Beach Volleyball Training

SUMMER 2024 SAND TRAINING

Adrenaline Volleyball is thrilled to bring back our Sand Volleyball Training for another year. Starting the first week in June, training will begin in one of 2 paths. We are bringing back our twice a week training for high school and middle school aged athletes alike. Morning training from 8a-930a with optional (included) playing 10a-11:30a. For 2024  our Premier Sand Training program, a M-Th 4 day a week program aimed at athletes looking to train with a future in beach volleyball in mind. This program is higher in investment in both price and time, but is built around signing up as a team and training as such. Premier also comes with a commitment to coaching the paired teams in a tournament at minimum (depending on schedule for additional coaching).

 

Adrenaline Volleyball is happy to partner with VolleyIowa for local juniors tournaments. The VolleyIowa ownership and community are a massive part of the local volleyball community here in eastern Iowa. As part of the process of training is competing, Adrenaline Volleyball is offering up to a $25 reimbursement for joining AVP Junior memberships. COST DETAILS

Adrenaline Sand is priced at $450 for the Summer Training Period. Sand Premier is priced at $1000 dollars for summer which includes tournament coaching, custom planned workouts, and a weekly commitment to competition. This is specifically aimed at athletes who would want to approach sand training to evaluate if they have the interest in the sport enough to pursue it at a college level.
