Marty has over twenty five years of coaching experience and more than fifteen Iowa Regional Championships, 5 National Qualifier Championships, 3 National Championships, and a number of other groups who have medaled at Nationals. Marty runs the day to day operations for Adrenaline as well as referees at the High School and Collegiate level.

Ben Bahr

Recruiting Coordinator
Ben joins Adrenaline for his fourth season with the club and 10th season coaching volleyball in club or collegiate. With stops among multiple Power 5 schools, Ben brings experience from the recruiting process to help Adrenaline families find their potential on and off the court. Ben is lovingly supported by his wonderful wife Chelsey and their two dogs, Molly and Ellie.
Doug Palmer

Master Finish Carpenter
Doug enters this season in his 17th year coaching volleyball and has been one of the founding members of the Adrenaline program. With multiple Region and Qualifier Championships, Doug helped lead Adrenaline's first ever National Title in 15 USA in 2022. Doug played competitive men’s indoor and beach doubles for 12 years. Doug is an avid bike rider (alongside his incredible wife Alicia, AVA Coaching Alum!) who spends tons of time outdoors along with their many dogs. Doug's daughter Madison is both a former Adrenaline player as well as a current Adrenaline Coach.
